The structure of the aluminum alloy die-casting mold is composed of two parts: a fixed mold and a movable mold. The fixed mold is fixed on the fixed mold mounting plate of the die-casting machine. The gating system communicates with the pressure chamber of the die-casting machine. The movable mold is fixed on the movable mold of the die-casting machine. The installation board, along with the movement of the movable mold installation board, and the fixed mold clamping, mold opening, and the entire process of die-casting mold structure.

1. Die-casting mold structure composition:

Fixed mold: fixed on the fixed mold mounting plate of the die-casting machine, with a sprue connected to the nozzle or pressure chamber.

Movable mold: fixed on the mounting plate of the die-casting motorized mold, and when the mold is opened and closed with the movable mold mounting plate, the mold is closed to form the cavity and the casting system, and the liquid metal fills the cavity under high pressure; when the mold is opened, The movable mold is separated from the fixed mold, and the casting is pushed out by means of an ejection mechanism provided on the movable mold.

2. Die-casting mold structure is classified according to its function: 1. Cavity: Outer surface straight runner, molding part pouring system mold runner. 2. Core: the remaining material in the gate on the inner surface.

3. Guide parts: guide post and guide sleeve.

4. Push-out mechanism: push rod thimble, reset rod, push rod fixed plate, push plate, push plate guide post, push plate guide sleeve.

5. Lateral core-pulling mechanism: boss; side of hole, tight block, limit spring, screw.

6. Overflow system: Overflow trough and exhaust trough.

7. Cooling system.

8. Supporting parts: fixed mold, movable mold seat plate, cushion block, assembly, positioning and installation.

Small experience: Generally, the core pulling mechanism and the ejection mechanism are set in the movable mold part. When the mold is closed, the movable mold and the fixed mold are closed to form a cavity. The molten metal fills the cavity at high speed under high pressure through the gating system.
